At Steve Madden, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided via email; a small return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear or accessories in their original shoebox or packaging and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
